great viewhelpful staff
The location was fabulous. The view was great. The staff printed bus tickets for us to get back to the airport near Bilbao. Breakfast was excellent. It offered nice choices.
The rooftop pool is not like the pictures. Its depth is 70cm. Its width is like a bathtub.

the hotel has a great rooftop view with comfortable beds.
The rooftop pool is not what the pictures showed. It was really small. the front desk staff seemed rude and messed up my restaurant reservations. they did not try to make up for it or say sorry, disappointing.

The location was excellent. i found myself near the sea and at the edge of the old town (it really made exploring convenient). my room faced the old town. It was the simplest room but felt spacious. the soundproofing was effective.
the front desk staff had some issues. i experienced a mistake with restaurant reservations and there was no attempt to apologize. the rooftop pool's pictures were misleading (the pool was quite small). the rooms are fine, but the cost felt quite high for what you get.

The breakfast was really good. I particularly appreciated the service-minded staff who were always available and helpful. The location proved ideal. It offered unmatched views and easy access to local attractions.
The rooftop pool's size was smaller than expected. It looked larger in the pictures.

great locationsmall pool
the location are very close to most places, it helped get around easily. the staff was also helpfull i think, they helped with my bag.
the rooftop pool are not great, it is actually very small. also, i think the ladies at front desk was rude to me, they didn't apologize for messing up restaurant reservations.
